📋 Description

• Evaluate operational challenges across people, processes, and tools to determine root causes • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and operational inefficiencies • Deliver data-driven insights into operational performance and customer escalations for executive inquiries • Translate complex data into graphic-rich slide decks and dashboards using Tableau • Provide strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, increase productivity, and meet business goals • Assess existing systems and recommend tool enhancements to streamline service delivery operations • Collaborate with Business Operations teams to prioritize high-impact initiatives and refine performance dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of applicable experience in data analysis, operational reporting, or process optimization • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position • Experience with data visualization and analytics using Tableau to build, maintain, and extract data • Advanced proficiency in slide deck design using PowerPoint or Google Slides • ITSM systems knowledge, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Purecloud • Understanding of the ITIL Framework • Executive communication skills and experience tailoring persuasive presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies • Familiarity with constructive dissatisfaction frameworks or continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred
