📋 Description

• Drive territory engagement through tradeshows, product demos/trainings, and lunch & learns • Partner with distributors, integrators, and end users to drive sales in the territory • Help partners with quotes, proposals, and troubleshooting objections • Work cross-functionally with other departments • Complete weekly and quarterly reporting on pipelines, partner pipelines, and forecasting • Maintain best practices in Salesforce CRM • Travel extensively throughout the Rocky Mountain territory and occasionally within North America

🎯 Requirements

• Hunter mentality and ability to grow net new business • 4+ years of experience in complex technical sales OR 2+ years of Video Security/Access Control field sales experience • Comfortable working through channels and directly with end users • Confident presenting and demonstrating complex technical products • Working knowledge of CRMs • Track record of exceeding quota expectations • Able to lift objects up to 50 lbs. • Basic mechanical assembly skills for equipment demonstrations • Ability to reliably travel throughout the assigned territory, sometimes with minimal notice • Travel required over 50% • No relocation provided
