• Support cultivation, solicitation, renewal, and stewardship of corporate partners, sponsors, and prospects • Manage assigned relationships and prospect portfolios in Salesforce • Research prospective corporate partners aligned with Move For Hunger’s mission • Prepare customized proposals, pitch materials, sponsorship packages, meeting briefs, and follow-up communications • Identify partner-engagement opportunities including employee giving, food drives, volunteering, and cause-marketing campaigns • Coordinate sponsorship fulfillment and partner recognition with Development and Marketing colleagues • Represent Move For Hunger at donor meetings, partner calls, conferences, networking events, and community activities • Support pipeline management, partner strategy, prospecting, and revenue planning • Implement and manage individual-giving program components, donor segmentation, communication calendars, stewardship, and performance tracking • Manage annual giving campaigns, including year-end giving, GivingTuesday, recurring donor outreach, renewals, and digital or email appeals • Conduct donor and prospect research to identify cultivation opportunities, major-gift prospects, lapsed donors, and mission-connected individuals • Develop personalized stewardship and cultivation communications, acknowledgments, impact updates, donor reports, thank-you messages, and renewal outreach • Document gift history, engagement, interests, capacity indicators, and next steps in Salesforce • Monitor donor retention, average gift, recurring giving, appeal response, and acquisition results • Maintain accurate donor and partner records and support gift processing, acknowledgments, recognition, impact reporting, and stewardship • Track revenue goals, pipeline health, follow-up needs, and fundraising activity using Salesforce and related tools • Collaborate on revenue opportunities, fundraising strategies, organizational campaigns, processes, templates, tracking tools, and calendars • Manage multiple priorities and contribute to team and organizational initiatives
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, marketing, or events, with a proven track record of independently owning relationship management, cultivating donor pipelines, and stewarding gifts through the full lifecycle • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint • Proficiency with Salesforce and Canva • Comfort with remote-work tools, including video conferencing, Slack, and project management tools such as Asana • Ability to travel nationally for donor meetings, conferences, team gatherings, or special events as needed • Ability to manage corporate partnerships, donor pipelines, relationship management, fundraising operations, and CRM records • Ability to use data to prioritize activity, monitor results, improve processes, and maintain accurate records • Strong communication, networking, negotiation, self-direction, adaptability, and attention to detail
