📋 Description

• Architect, build, and own Mozilla's Salesforce platform for sales and revenue operations across enterprise product lines • Establish scalable architecture covering data models, business-unit structure, security, integrations, and release management • Partner with the implementation team and build internal operational knowledge through go-live • Deliver a production-ready Sales Cloud foundation for the Firefox Enterprise launch • Own the platform's technical health and evolution after launch • Develop a lead-to-cash roadmap covering contracting, entitlements, delivery tracking, renewals, and finance integrations • Deliver and evaluate secure AI-assisted workflows and MCP integrations • Improve platform reliability, data quality, release confidence, and user experience • Define sales processes, role hierarchies, record types, sharing rules, reports, dashboards, and custom Salesforce capabilities • Build and maintain integrations with NetSuite, BigQuery, contract-management, and other operational systems • Establish sandbox governance, source control, automated testing, deployment pipelines, release controls, rollback practices, documentation, and runbooks • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Security, and IT • Establish a support model and resolve complex production issues, vendor escalations, and platform risks

🎯 Requirements

• At least eight years in Salesforce engineering, administration, or architecture • Experience leading or playing a major technical role in implementing and operating a complex Salesforce environment • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce declarative capabilities, including Flow, validation rules, approval processes, record types, permission models, and sharing rules • Ability to read, write, test, and review Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components • Experience designing Salesforce data and security models for multiple business units, product lines, or sales processes • Strong understanding of lead-to-cash processes, including opportunities, quoting, contracting, orders, fulfillment or service delivery, renewals, and finance-system handoffs • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms through REST or SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns, middleware, or integration platforms • Experience building AI assistants, agents, or MCP integrations using enterprise data and actions securely • Ability to communicate architecture decisions and technical tradeoffs clearly • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and lead complex work across several teams • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • Preferred: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect credentials • Preferred: Experience with environment management, automated testing, source control, CI/CD, and release management • Preferred: Experience integrating Salesforce with NetSuite, BigQuery, Workato, Celigo, MuleSoft, or comparable platforms • Preferred: Experience with service contracts, entitlements, delivery operations, subscription renewals, CPQ, or contract-lifecycle workflows • Preferred: Experience operating Salesforce in ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similarly controlled environments
