📋 Description

• Negotiate, review, and draft master agreements using English and New York law • Support Commodities desks with physical and financial master agreements and ancillary documents • Review and negotiate ISDA schedules, ISDA annexes, NAESBs, EEIs, credit support annexes, bespoke physical master agreements, guarantees, and ancillary documents • Liaise with Credit, Risk, Legal, Sales, Operations, Tax, and other internal groups • Ensure agreements contain appropriate terms protecting Morgan Stanley under applicable policies, procedures, and regulations • Discuss Morgan Stanley’s position in master agreements with clients • Maintain up-to-date work-in-progress records • Monitor business and regulatory developments affecting operations • Work with business professionals, external counsel, and clients to execute master agreements effectively and efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• College degree required • JD preferred • Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements and other trading documentation preferred • Excellent verbal and written skills • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to clearly articulate ideas and build strong internal and external relationships • Ability to work on a diverse team • Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced, changing environment • Accurate and detail-oriented with sound judgment and integrity • Proactive, mature, professional, motivated, and adaptable • Knowledge of English and New York law
