📋 Description

• Support the US Immunology team’s efforts to transform the lives of patients with IBD • Ensure advocacy development, platform and product positioning, speaker program preparation and management, and congress engagement align with brand objectives and are executed compliantly • Build and sustain company presence across local, regional, and national IBD communities • Ensure scientific leader insights inform brand and go-to-market strategies • Identify and map national and regional scientific leaders, clinical leaders, and emerging experts across the US IBD landscape • Develop and assess advocacy of key opinion leaders around scientific messages, product positioning, and medical education content • Execute engagements with scientific leaders, including congress participation, site visits, advisory boards, and customer strategy sessions • Gather actionable insights from scientific leaders to inform marketing strategies and brand planning • Execute engagement plans with thought leaders throughout the US and support approved educational content development • Collaborate with marketing on participation and support for key IBD conferences • Secure engagement meetings and congress execution between headquarters employees and KOLs • Help identify and manage the US IBD Speaker Bureau, including faculty identification, onboarding, and training • Ensure speaker advocacy aligns with scientific platform key messages and supports speaker readiness • Collaborate with field-facing roles to align on scientific leader needs and account dynamics • Ensure adherence to compliance regulations, internal policies, and industry standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, or equivalent) preferred • Minimum 5–8 years in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, field medical engagement, or KOL management roles • At least 2 years of IBD experience strongly preferred • Existing Key Opinion Leader networks in IBD strongly preferred • Demonstrated success building and maintaining scientific relationships with KOLs, speakers, or professional societies in a highly regulated environment • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to synthesize insights into strategic recommendations • Ability to influence and collaborate across a matrixed environment without direct authority • Travel up to 60%, including weekends and evenings for congresses and advisory meetings • Valid driver’s license • Must reside in or near the assigned geographical area and near a major US airport • Must be a US or Puerto Rico resident • No visa sponsorship
