📋 Description

• Develop a quality-focused process across multiple projects • Collaborate with the QA team in Brazil and cross-functional teams • Perform Quality Assurance Testing and User Acceptance Testing • Schedule, coordinate, and manage releases across different product categories • Manage product feature updates, bug fixes, new feature enhancements, and other product changes • Conduct quality reviews of applications • Create test plans, test strategies, and test cases with developers, business analysts, and project managers • Shape and verify code and check conformance to business and system requirements • Use manual testing tools and implement test automation as a new process

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of quality assurance/manual testing experience on public-facing web applications • Experience validating desktop and mobile devices, multiple browsers, and responsive breakpoints • 3+ years of experience on web-based software projects across the software development lifecycle • 2+ years of automated testing experience using Cypress, Playwright, or similar • Experience with test architecture design, reusable test utilities, test data strategy, and CI/CD integration • 2+ years of experience validating API integrations using Swagger, Postman, or automated API testing frameworks • Previous release management experience • Ability to work within Agile or Waterfall environments • ADA and WCAG 2.0 Level AA compliance testing experience • Experience managing project requirements and test results in Azure DevOps and Jira • Experience with Confluence, ADO Wiki, or similar knowledge management platforms • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, with preferred concentration in Business, Management Information Systems, or Accounting • Preferred experience with BrowserStack, LambdaTest, or similar cross-browser and cross-device testing platforms • Preferred experience testing Content Management Systems such as Sitecore, Optimizely, ContentStack, or Contentful • Proven experience writing automated test scripts for functional and integration testing • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS sufficient to debug UI issues, analyze DOM behavior, and support automated test development • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Next.js • Ability to exercise independent judgment and prioritize tasks under pressure • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
