📋 Description

• Build and maintain regulatory compliance matrices tracking license conditions, reporting obligations, and procedures • Support the Legal and Contracts team with research and administrative work on commercial agreements, government contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements • Conduct legal, regulatory, and market research and synthesize findings into written summaries and recommendations • Assist with legal, corporate, and regulatory projects, including filings, process documentation, and export-compliance recordkeeping • Gain hands-on exposure to commercial space law, regulatory policy, and government contracts while working with attorneys and regulatory specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a J.D. program (1Ls and 2Ls welcome) • Strong research and writing skills • Well-organized and detail-oriented • Eager to learn • Genuine interest in space, technology, or government contracting • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment • Must satisfy U.S. export-control access requirements as a U.S. person, be eligible without export authorization, or be eligible and reasonably likely to obtain required export authorization • Nice to have: coursework or demonstrated interest in administrative law, telecommunications, national security, or government contracts • Nice to have: technical background or prior exposure to aerospace, satellite systems, or defense
