📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for aerospace and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing top talent • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, develop hiring strategies, and build technical pipelines • Identify and engage candidates through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit • Guide hiring managers through recruiting processes and provide recommendations for hiring decisions • Coordinate and manage interviews to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and represent the company’s mission and culture • Use recruiting data and market insights to inform hiring strategies and improve recruiting effectiveness • Manage offer processes, including compensation discussions, negotiations, and closing candidates • Partner with People Operations and hiring teams to support new-hire onboarding • Leverage Greenhouse reporting and analytics to track recruiter performance, identify pipeline trends, drive accountability, and achieve team and individual OKRs • Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows for rapid hiring

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of professional experience as a technical recruiter, ideally with a focus in Software Engineering • 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience • Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS systems • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Comfortable interfacing directly with hiring managers, including executive leadership • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates • Ability to multitask and operate independently while remaining a strong team player • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability • Strong desire to be successful and make an impact • Access to export controlled information requires being a U.S. person, being eligible to access the information without export authorization, or being eligible and reasonably likely to obtain required export authorization • Nice to have: Experience recruiting in the aerospace industry • Nice to have: Experience scaling startups in highly competitive markets • Nice to have: Experience working in an agency environment
