📋 Description

• Partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and technical teams to identify key talent needs across the enterprise • Generate a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for engineering and other technical roles • Liaise with technical recruitment and engineering hiring managers • Use competitive intelligence, funnel metrics, and business intelligence to advise and influence technical talent decisions • Brainstorm, plan, and implement effective sourcing strategies using channels such as social recruiting tools • Devise, refine, and manage sourcing plans for current and future staffing needs • Use HRIS and ATS systems to build sourcing pipelines, review applicants, run reports, and provide performance metrics data • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced technical sourcing environment, ideally in both corporate and agency settings • Deep experience with LinkedIn Recruiter required • Strong relationship management, candidate management, and technical sourcing skills • Ability to understand different technology stacks and how they fit into larger product lines • Out-of-the-box thinking in sourcing, candidate management, and candidate experience • Track record of managing multiple searches simultaneously • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of UKG/UltiPro, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or Lever is a bonus • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours • Must be eligible to work remotely within the United States or Canada
