📋 Description

• Elicit, analyze, and document system and user interface requirements from diverse stakeholders. • Translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications aligned with strategic objectives. • Prioritize requirements based on business value, feasibility, and compliance factors. • Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions reflect defined requirements. • Manage iterative requirement changes throughout the development lifecycle. • Contribute to the selection, configuration, and deployment of AI and technology platforms. • Develop, train, and fine-tune AI agents for specific tasks and intelligent assistance. • Monitor and improve the performance and effectiveness of AI solutions. • Integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows and applications. • Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and best practices. • Create technical documentation for automated processes, workflows, and AI agent configurations. • Maintain records of system integration architectures and API specifications. • Prepare user guides and training materials. • Identify operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks. • Propose and implement automation and integration solutions. • Measure and report the impact of process improvements and documentation standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in automation, workflow development, and system integration, preferably within financial services. • Proficiency designing and implementing integrations between business systems, including CRM platforms. • Strong analytical skills for identifying insights, patterns, and root causes. • Expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation through stakeholder interviews, workshops, user stories, use cases, and process flows. • Ability to communicate findings, recommendations, and requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to manage iterative requirement updates and communicate changes effectively. • Demonstrated experience configuring, deploying, and managing AI platforms and agents, including LLM-based assistants and workflow automations. • Strong understanding of system and user interface requirements gathering and management. • Ability to organize work, manage time, and balance multiple concurrent priorities. • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and judgment under ambiguity. • Self-directed, able to take initiative, and able to escalate appropriately. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and methodologies. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. • Preferred: experience within a broker-dealer, RIA, or regulated financial services environment. • Preferred: experience with Zoho CRM and HubSpot. • Preferred: experience supporting technology transformations or operational redesign initiatives. • Preferred: familiarity with project management or workflow platforms such as Monday.com.
