📋 Description

• Receive and review case work orders and confirm visit dates and times with Sponsors • Coordinate flights, lodging, car rentals, and ground transportation for Field Safety Specialists • Evaluate flight travel time and select efficient, cost-effective travel options • Schedule and confirm travel within 24 hours of site-visit confirmation • Work with the corporate travel contractor to book travel • Enter travel requests into the company Scheduling System and create work orders • Communicate travel requirements, booking confirmations, arrival details, and travel-related disruptions • Change or cancel flights and make last-minute arrangements during weather or other travel emergencies • Ensure accurate transportation itinerary information is available • Work with supervisory management and elevate concerns as needed • Answer phones and return calls promptly • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited college • At least two years of documented experience in security, law, social work, detention, corrections, or a similar occupational area • High school diploma plus at least four years of experience may substitute for an associate degree • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience applicable to program goals and objectives • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Willingness to learn internal systems including Saturn and Mercury • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to take technical direction and feedback • Ability to prioritize work, meet stringent deadlines, balance multiple tasks, and work in a team environment • Strong attention to detail • Ability to deliver high-quality work under extreme pressure • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work rotating shifts, overnight, holidays, and weekends for 24/7 operations • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance • Favorable credit check • Successfully pass a background investigation and drug screen • May need to pass or present position-specific requirements such as DOT exam, vaccinations, CPR, or flu shot • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. • Ability to write, type, and use a telephone system • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
