📋 Description

• Design and implement the organization’s overall recruiting strategy • Ensure staffing needs are met with a long-term talent strategy • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications • Conduct market research and compensation analysis to determine competitive salary ranges • Design interview questions for each position • Develop and implement sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives • Source and screen applicants • Schedule and conduct interviews • Coordinate references, background checks, and pre-employment screening • Make offers of employment • Mentor and train management and hiring managers on interviewing, recruiting, methods, and tools • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs • Collaborate with management to determine candidate selection criteria • Maintain expertise in recruitment and retention trends and best practices • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews • Assess candidates’ CVs, portfolios, and references • Participate in interviews and selection processes, providing advice and insight to hiring managers • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events • Provide analytical, documented recruiting reports to stakeholders • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar relevant field or equivalent work experience • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar in a high-volume environment • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods • Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks like LinkedIn • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) • MS Office application and Excel skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong decision-making skills • Self-directed and detail-oriented with ability to analyze and interpret data • Ability to multi-task and service multiple internal clients simultaneously • Experience in warehousing, supply chain, and/or industrial manufacturing fields preferred • Expertise with the ADP ATS preferred • HRCI or SHRM certification preferred • Ability to remain stationary and/or upright for prolonged periods during an 8-10-hour work shift • Ability to traverse stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch occasionally • Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 15 pounds constantly to move objects • Close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading • Ability to perceive normal speaking-level sounds and make fine discriminations in sound
