📋 Description

• Lead escrow operations, including staff management, vendor oversight, regulatory compliance, workflow performance, and KPI achievement • Manage, coach, counsel, and develop assigned staff • Oversee vendors through scorecard monitoring, performance reviews, and quality control audits • Ensure compliance with property tax, mortgage insurance, loss draft, and property insurance regulations • Oversee escrow workflow divisions and adherence to service-level requirements • Establish division-specific goals and monitor progress • Identify training needs and develop and facilitate training sessions • Manage and assist with escalation resolution for client and customer requests, including root cause analysis • Develop and implement improvements driving quality, efficiency, and profitability • Maintain working knowledge of mortgage loan servicing functions • Communicate with investors, insurers, vendors, and business partners • Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement by specialists and division leadership • Keep management informed on project progress, policies/procedures, and vendor and specialist performance

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 8+ years of escrow servicing experience in mortgage loan servicing • 5+ years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred escrow mortgage servicing experience) • Advanced knowledge of state/federal laws and regulations applicable to mortgage and consumer lending • Advanced knowledge of ICE/MSP (f/k/a BKFS) required • Considerable knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to motivate, mentor, train/coach, evaluate performance, and lead multifunctional staff • Ability to compile, analyze, and explain performance data and trends • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze complex and detailed accounts/records • Ability to manage time and priorities wisely • Ability to grasp concepts quickly, make sound decisions, and resolve issues • Ability to work in a high-volume and time-sensitive environment • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Ability to collaborate in a team environment • Effective written, in-person, and telephone communication • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Quiet, private home workspace • High-speed internet with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work normal business hours and early, late, or weekend hours as needed • Overtime as necessary
