📋 Description

• Serve as the technical lead during pre-sales engagements across data center, campus, and WAN environments • Design and present Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, ISR/ASR and Juniper MX, EX, SRX solutions • Lead whiteboarding sessions, technical workshops, and customer discovery meetings • Define use cases, success criteria, and architectural recommendations • Collaborate with account managers, delivery teams, and OEM partners • Develop proposals, bills of materials (BOMs), and statements of work (SOWs) • Translate business needs into scalable, secure network architectures using routing, switching, VPN, and firewall technologies • Develop HLDs, solution briefs, architecture documentation, and client-ready presentations • Communicate the value of SD-WAN, EVPN-VXLAN, and automation technologies • Participate in RFP responses, competitive analyses, and technical validation • Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients and build long-term relationships • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies • Identify and escalate security risks and contribute to remediation efforts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the United States • 7+ years of experience in enterprise networking roles, including at least 2 years in a customer-facing pre-sales or solution architect capacity • Deep technical expertise in Cisco and Juniper network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and firewalls • Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 protocols: BGP, OSPF, STP, VLANs, VRFs, QoS, NAT, and ACLs • Experience designing or consulting on data center, WAN, or secure remote access solutions • Skilled at creating architecture diagrams, proposal documentation, and technical presentations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • CCNP/CCIE or JNCIP/JNCIE certifications strongly preferred • Familiarity with SD-WAN, EVPN-VXLAN, MPLS, or cloud networking (AWS/Azure) preferred • Experience with network automation, such as Ansible or Python, is a plus • Exposure to NAC, 802.1X, RADIUS, and hybrid networking environments
