📋 Description

• Perform manual and automated software testing • Test Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance functionality • Apply AI-driven testing tools and methodologies • Use test management tools including Azure DevOps, Jira, and ALM Octane • Test Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) • Work within the SAFe framework • Support testing in integrated CE and F&O environments involving data exchange • Help ensure product quality through detailed analysis and problem solving

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field • 4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance • Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies • Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane) • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and commitment to quality • Experience working within the SAFe framework • SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Tester) preferred • Experience in integrated environments involving CE and F&O data exchange preferred • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and Finance processes preferred • Background in project management, change management, or business analytics preferred
