📋 Description

• Validate candidates' experience with clickstream/event-tracking platforms • Architect data solutions using event-driven collection platforms such as Snowplow, Segment, or mParticle • Build or oversee Bronze/Silver/Gold medallion data pipelines • Architect real-time or near-real-time analytics pipelines for media, publishing, editorial, customer engagement, or audience analytics use cases • Lead data migration and parity validation from legacy vendor analytics tools to modern in-house replacements • Coordinate with UI/dashboard and front-end/full-stack development teams • Represent technical positions directly to enterprise client stakeholders • Manage or technically direct offshore delivery teams within T&M and staff-augmentation models

🎯 Requirements

• Overall 12+ years of experience • 8+ years in data/solution architecture roles • At least 3+ years in cloud data warehouse-based medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) architectures • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery • Hands-on experience with Snowplow, Segment, or mParticle as a source system • Strong dbt and workflow orchestration experience, such as Airflow • Experience architecting real-time or near-real-time analytics pipelines for high-concurrency, low-latency use cases • Experience with data migration and parity validation projects • Working knowledge of front-end/full-stack architecture sufficient to coordinate with a UI-build team • Experience operating in T&M and staff-augmentation delivery models with a client-owned PMO • Strong client-facing communication skills • Experience managing or technically directing offshore delivery teams • Familiarity with SSO/Okta-based role access models and enterprise data governance frameworks
