• Handle customer inquiries by email for online stores and e-commerce marketplaces • Use existing response templates and adapt them to each individual case • Review product documentation and explain suitable solutions, including for technical questions • Provide written customer service for an e-commerce client • Respond to inquiries about everyday products and electrical appliances in a friendly, clear, and solution-oriented manner
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent written German, at least B2 level, ideally C1 • Careful and detail-oriented approach to work • Interest in technical products • Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage • English is helpful but not required; translation tools may be used
