📋 Description

• Serve as a key advisor and lead partner in managing the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts within a technical consulting environment • Provide subject matter expertise on government contracting processes and procedures • Review contract and programmatic requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions for compliance • Lead development, negotiation, and management of subcontracts and supplier agreements • Analyze complex RFPs, RFQs, and subcontract agreement terms for compliance risks and opportunities • Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and Subcontracts • Represent the company to U.S. Government, commercial, and public/private institution customers • Resolve contractual issues and disputes through negotiation and stakeholder communication, engaging legal counsel as needed • Collaborate with accounting, sales, operations, and project management to align contract terms with business objectives • Contribute to contracting policies, templates, procedures, and process improvements • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Contract Management, Business Administration or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and/or experience • 5-7 years of progressive experience in contracts, subcontracts, and/or combination of experiences • Experience in government contracts and subcontracts preferred • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Strong negotiation skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Effective written and verbal communication • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders • Sound judgment in decision-making and problem solving • Ability to organize, manage and prioritize multiple tasks • In-depth knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and general contracting principles • Security clearance: None required • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, including marijuana screening under federal law
