📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Advanced Practice Provider roles • Source passive candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, ACNM, other specialty talent resources, and referrals • Review resumes and initiate thoughtful, personalized outreach to prospective candidates • Conduct in-depth initial interviews to assess fit for each site's specific needs • Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders • Build and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future openings • Maintain consistent, proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process • Escalate questions or concerns to hiring managers and leadership as appropriate • Deliver routine and ad hoc hiring status reports and pipeline updates to the Clinical Recruitment Manager • Perform other duties as required or assigned within the scope of the role

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of dedicated women's health recruiting experience is REQUIRED • Experience recruiting Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs) strongly preferred • Familiarity with CNM/WHNP scope of practice, credentialing requirements, and compensation benchmarks is a significant plus • Demonstrated proficiency with ATS and CRM tools; Greenhouse experience a plus • Experience with Google Suite • Experience sourcing passive candidates using multiple hiring tools • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a warm, relationship-driven approach • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present information clearly to candidates, hiring managers, and clinical leaders • Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setting
