📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, primarily warehouse staff and delivery drivers • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies • Screen and qualify candidates via phone and video interviews, evaluating work history, skills, and compensation expectations • Present job details to candidates, including duties, policies, and benefits • Extend job offers and manage the offer acceptance process • Maintain a proactive sourcing pipeline for future hiring needs • Coordinate onboarding until candidates’ first day with the company

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on high-volume hiring • Proven experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, or distribution roles • Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with hiring managers • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, and Kronos preferred • Strong organizational and project management skills
