📋 Description

• Lead teams with multiple levels of leadership • Further develop the organization and oversee talent development and employee retention • Ensure efficient resource planning and optimal team utilization • Expand the business and identify new market opportunities in the public sector • Support business development, bidding, and contract processes through successful completion • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, networks, and strategic partnerships • Take overall responsibility for the project portfolio regarding quality, budget, deadlines, and customer satisfaction • Serve as strategic contact for key accounts and escalation point for critical project issues • Further develop project standards, methods, and best practices • Develop the product and solution portfolio in collaboration with development, sales, and management teams

🎯 Requirements

• A college degree (e.g., in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration) or equivalent qualification • Several years of leadership experience in IT consulting, ideally with responsibility for teams with multiple levels of management • Proven success in managing complex projects and building out business operations • Comprehensive overview of industry-specific modules (e.g., PSM, PSCD) and the underlying processes • Extensive knowledge of the public sector, particularly local governments (cities and municipalities) • Experience with public tenders and procurement procedures • Understanding of product development and software solutions in the public sector • Entrepreneurial leadership profile with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills • Business-level German (C1) • Good English skills • Flexibility and willingness to travel (20–40%)
