📋 Description

• Grow the Locum Tenens service line by partnering with locum agencies to provide qualified physicians and CRNAs for open NAPA opportunities • Provide the best possible experience for Hospital Chiefs and incoming Physicians through vendor management processes and internal guidelines • Identify physicians and CRNAs for contract openings with locum agencies • Partner with vendors to understand market trends and strategies • Coordinate with Regional Leadership on locum openings and provide timely process updates • Work with Talent Acquisition Managers on regional needs and metrics reporting • Manage the Locum/Leased process from presentation to placement • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to ensure document and process compliance • Educate site and regional leadership on the Locum recruiting process • Use the VMS to present and name clear locum candidates • Streamline VMS invoicing and confirmation letters and ensure timely candidate start dates • Follow up with site and regional leaders on outstanding locum presentations and MSO considerations • Provide biweekly/monthly regional reporting on outstanding openings and locums in process • Build and maintain internal and external relationships • Pursue continuous improvement, career advancement, recruiting goals, and client-centered customer service • Report to the Senior Manager of Bridgecare

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA preferred or equivalent work experience • A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience is required • Experience managing/partnering with a VMS (vendor management system) preferred • Healthcare recruitment experience preferred • Experience with high-volume recruiting • Experience with tracking and managing candidates within a robust VMS and ATS • Proficiency in MS Products, Workday and/or Vendor Management System Platforms • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment • Ability to manage highly complex internal and external relationships • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to meet timely follow-ups and deadlines
