📋 Description

• Act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate • Use recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver talent for clients’ recruiting needs • Manage all aspects of the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for interviews and hire • Oversee candidate selection, conduct initial phone screens, facilitate interviews, and gather client and candidate feedback • Build and maintain a candidate network through market research and ongoing bench management • Anticipate client needs and hiring manager preferences while delivering strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios • Develop creative and proactive recruitment strategies for passive and active candidates • Present talent for open positions and overcome hiring-process objections • Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes • Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction • Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire goals • Update applicant tracking system data and reports and perform related administrative responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiating and closing candidates in a fast-paced, metrics- and deadline-driven recruiting environment • Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals and implement feedback to achieve desired outcomes • Ability to confidently communicate the recruiting pipeline • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement • Ability to execute recruitment strategies, including clear articulation of RPO and client relationship • Strong time prioritization skills, flexibility, and ability to adapt when directions and priorities shift • Active participation on a recruiting team and contribution to open collaboration • Computer proficiency, including intermediate MS Office skills, applicant tracking system experience, and a strong social media presence
