📋 Description

• Provide scientific and/or clinical presentations on Natera’s Organ Health division focused on genetics of Chronic Kidney Disease, supporting Renasight and Prospera, to general nephrology providers • Respond to customer requests for information about marketed and developing products • Serve as a medical and scientific resource for Sales and Marketing teams • Develop, maintain, and manage interactions with transplant and genetics Key Opinion Leaders and relevant healthcare professionals • Review results and provide clinical support to ordering clinicians and their teams for individual samples or aggregate results • Develop educational materials for healthcare providers and patients • Handle protected health information in paper and electronic form using various technologies • Complete HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance, and security training within the first 30 days • Maintain current status on Natera training requirements • Perform other duties as assigned • Support the field sales team with 50–75% travel

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree and board certification required • Relevant clinical sciences knowledge in nephrology preferred • Prior MSL experience preferred • Living within 30 minutes of an airport and within the territory preferred • Outgoing and confident demeanor • Independent thinker and persuasive communicator • Experience establishing strong, collaborative relationships with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, and external customers • Knowledge of molecular biology, immunology, and genetics helpful • Ability to work with protected health information and complete required privacy, compliance, and security training • Must pass a post-offer criminal background check • Ability to perform frequent sitting, standing, and walking; use a computer daily; and stand for extended periods when required • Ability to travel 50–75%
