National Carwash Solutions is a provider of car wash equipment, branded cleaning chemistries, aftermarket parts and end-to-end services for car wash operators. The company designs and supplies hardware such as in-bay automatics, tunnel systems, vacuums, water treatment and detailing equipment, and supports customers with installation, a large direct service network, parts e-commerce, training and consulting. NCS serves single- and multi-site operators, petroleum/convenience retailers, fleets and other B2B customers, positioning itself as a full-suite partner for building, running and scaling car wash businesses.

📋 Description

• Own assigned client implementations from internal kickoff through project close and handoff to account management, escalating high-impact risks and decisions to the Head of Implementation • Maintain detailed, accurate project plans outlining milestones, dependencies, and site-level readiness • Coordinate field implementation team members, confirming deployment timing, scope, and readiness across sites • Adjust schedules for client changes, construction delays, shipping shifts, weather events, and other unforeseen factors • Identify, track, and communicate project risks, dependencies, and issues across hardware, software, staffing, and scheduling workstreams • Synthesize on-site issues into structured action items with clear owners and due dates • Provide regular status updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders • Support and progressively lead recurring client meetings, driving agendas, accountability, and forward momentum • Maintain positive client relationships throughout the conversion process • Drive software onboarding, including third-party account setup, brand asset development, and operational setup uploads • Coordinate mapping and loading legacy car wash members into AMP • Manage draft app delivery and demos • Run user acceptance testing through client sign-off • Support strategic internal projects including product launches, AI strategy rollout, and platform migrations • Apply project management discipline to cross-functional internal programs • Document lessons learned and refine implementation playbooks and templates

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of project management or implementation experience • PMP certification required • Bachelor's degree • Experience coordinating hardware and/or software implementations, ideally across multiple sites or stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication with high professionalism in client-facing situations • Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong follow-through while managing multiple priorities • Ability to balance quality, scope, schedule, and cost demands • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, monday.com, and AI tools such as Claude • Willingness to travel up to 25% for client kickoffs, go-lives, and site visits • Car wash, POS, or field-deployment experience is a plus
