📋 Description

• Oversee and manage all aspects and functions of the Funding Department • Manage the Funding Leadership Team within the assigned territory and ensure duties meet or exceed NSM standards • Coordinate with Divisional Vice Presidents, Regional Area Directors, Branch Leaders, Assistive Technology Professionals, and other leadership and support personnel • Manage transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Funding Approval • Coordinate hiring, training, mentoring, performance, continuous education, and career development of the Funding Specialist Team • Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and progress reporting • Manage career development of the Funding Leadership Team • Monitor Funding Specialist and Lead Funding Specialist productivity, quality, and compassion • Direct work order caseloads and shift responsibilities when necessary • Coordinate temporary coverage to ensure timely, high-quality order processing • Share Key Performance Indicators with direct reports and stakeholders • Calculate and request monthly bonus payments for direct reports • Manage the credit exception process to expedite delivery when appropriate • Resolve employee and client conflicts and escalate unresolved issues • Handle payroll and administrative functions for direct reports • Complete continuing education and research payer issues and updates • Perform related duties assigned by the Division Funding Director • Carry out position expectations professionally and with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations • 2 years of experience managing a minimum of 10 direct reports • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Ability to review, analyze and interpret general business reports, technical procedures, work instructions and governmental regulations • Must meet minimum productivity and quality standards • Must maintain regular and predictable attendance • Must adhere to the work from home policy and requirements • Regularly required to talk, hear, sit, and use hands repetitively to operate standard office equipment • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
