📋 Description

• Answer customer calls and assist customers with their support needs • Troubleshoot mobile and web-app UI/UX issues with clients over the phone • Communicate patiently with clients • Communicate across teams • Learn various systems to support customer inquiries • Learn the fundamentals of each frontend portal • Become proficient in the Benefits POS app and associated i9000s terminal

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • Preferable knowledge of Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence) • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) • Understand basic technical concepts such as POS, iOS, Android, FrontEnd, Backend, VPN • Quick learning capabilities • 1-2 years of customer support experience • Ability to work with onshore and offshore teams • Hands-on experience using physical terminals such as Point of Sale, Pin pads, Cash drawers, Scanner/Scales, etc. • Bilingual Preferred • Organizational Skills
