📋 Description

• Provide full-service recruitment processes for the Midwest Division • Support hiring needs from entry level through senior-level Manager and Director roles • Develop a pipeline of potential talent, network, and build partnerships • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers • Manage the recruitment database • Recruit and hire mid-level positions in the Division • Coordinate with Executive Recruiters on executive-level positions • Support and manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including smooth transition to onboarding • Develop and implement effective, proactive, and efficient recruitment strategies and processes • Review job postings and create candidate profiles • Use the HR recruitment process and system to post jobs and update applicant status • Communicate with applicants • Conduct pre-screening and phone interviews • Network with associations • Provide guidance and information to hiring managers and Operations staff • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities • Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers • Help achieve Midwest Division talent goals and strategies and follow best practices • Serve as a member of the Talent Acquisition team and an integral part of the Midwest Division

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 7 years recruiting work experience or equivalent combination (including HR concepts, processes, and services) • Experience recruiting for leadership roles; Manager and above • Experience working with and reporting out to Director & VP level clients • Experience in sourcing, including candidate identification, research, outreach, or candidate development • Experience with database management and spreadsheet software, constructing and producing reports, or data input, manipulation and analysis • Experience managing confidential documents and retention processes • Experience communicating and developing relationships with a broad range of audiences, including working with or recruiting for global teams • Experience prioritizing and organizing work while attending to details • Experience with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint • Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience a plus • Experience working in a start-up-like environment and assisting to create processes or rolling out a new process/project a plus • Must meet The Nature Conservancy's background screening requirements
