📋 Description

• Support Navitus' client acquisition and retention efforts by drafting responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other sales-related documents • Coordinate proposal projects through planning, scheduling, organizing, follow-up correspondence, and reporting • Ensure written deliverables reflect tactical, strategic, financial, and sales-capture decisions • Develop knowledge of business-unit target markets, market trends, and product/service utilization • Initiate, collect, and deliver analytical tasks in collaboration with cross-functional subject-matter experts • Develop and adhere to stringent timelines • Maintain current and competitive proposal content and department processes • Identify insights to streamline departmental processes • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to the Manager or Sr. Manager, Proposals and interface with individuals throughout the organization

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, Journalism, or a Communications-related field, and/or commensurate proposal management experience required • A minimum combination of two years’ experience for writing creative, concise, strategically correct, and persuasive proposals; developing and implementing complex winning business strategies with a consultative-sales approach; delivering quality outputs in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments; and strategic proposal content development and project management or similar related experience • Writing samples and writing test required • Experience with Microsoft Office products at the advanced level • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives • Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees • Remote work available only to residents of Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, Wisconsin
