📋 Description

• Generate monthly sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up • Sell Comcast Internet, Voice, TV, and Business Mobile services to new and existing small and mid-sized business customers • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and customer experience scorecard metrics • Manage lead generation, pipeline, prospect database, and opportunity funnel • Consult with business customers, solicit referrals, and close web leads • Partner with field sales to refer complex opportunities to the outside sales organization • Resolve customer issues on the first call or escalate appropriately • Maintain prospect and opportunity records daily and ensure customer orders are fulfilled • Manage multiple customer interactions and software applications simultaneously • Work scheduled nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED • 2–5 years of relevant work experience • Sales experience is required • Working a sales funnel is required • Selling Comcast Business Mobile is required • Wireless experience strongly preferred • Ability to generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up • Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas • Ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance • Adaptability, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, customer focus, persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, technical knowledge, and workplace organization
