📋 Description

• Manage strategic client partnerships and serve as a key point of contact for client needs, service delivery, and issue resolution • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve complex client issues and ensure successful delivery of products and services • Understand program scope, participate in planning and milestone development, and align programs with business objectives and requirements • Lead special projects and develop solutions to improve client experience, operational support, and program execution • Facilitate client and stakeholder meetings to review performance, issues, services, priorities, and next steps • Identify and secure cross-functional team participation for program integration and execution • Develop and maintain detailed program plans and accurate program documentation • Schedule and manage workstreams for comprehensive program deployment from start to finish • Manage program critical paths and dependencies, and develop goals and success criteria with stakeholders • Analyze risks, establish contingency plans, and take corrective actions to mitigate program disruptions • Allocate resources efficiently and assist in forecasting budget and resource needs • Escalate issues for management review and balance program scope, time, and costs • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance • Work nights and weekends on variable schedules as necessary • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred • Comcast may consider applicants with some combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience, in lieu of the stated degree • 7–10 years of relevant work experience • Program management experience • Collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills • Ability to manage client partnerships, service delivery, issue resolution, program plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, budgets, and workstreams • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance • Must be able to work nights and weekends and variable schedules as necessary
