📋 Description
• Contributing to HR Service Delivery and business partner needs. • Serve as an elevated point of contact for escalated issues. • Provide consultative support across specialized workstreams. • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Compliance. • Ensure timely communication in alignment with SLAs. • Manage all leave assignments and queries in the case management system. • Draft and manage leave-related legal correspondence.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources Management preferred but not necessary with experience. • 5-7 years of relevant work experience. • Certified Professional (CP) from the Society of Human Resource Management preferred. • Knowledge of compliance with FMLA, ADAAA, and Disability laws.
