📋 Description

• Analyze technical issues across all OSI model layers using diagnostic tools for root cause analysis • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network anomalies and maintain high customer satisfaction • Document customer interactions and technical resolutions in the company system • Manage relationships with Enterprise Business customers and internal teams • Provide issue resolution and escalate problems when necessary • Stay informed on industry standards and emerging technologies to recommend service enhancements • Use command-line interfaces to manage Ciena, Juniper, Adtran, Edgewater, and Cisco devices • Troubleshoot and configure complex call flows in commercial IMS and Broadsoft environments • Escalate complex service issues with detailed analysis to higher-level support teams • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance • Work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational understanding of networking principles • Ability to manage technical platforms • Experience or knowledge using command-line interfaces • Knowledge of Ciena, Juniper, Adtran, Edgewater, and Cisco devices • Ability to troubleshoot and configure complex call flows in commercial IMS and Broadsoft environments • Ability to work nights and weekends on a variable schedule • Ability to work overtime as necessary • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Comcast may consider coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience in lieu of the preferred degree • Relevant work experience: 0–2 years
