📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer across all departments and levels • Continuously refine sourcing strategy, interview kits, scorecards, and workflows for a growing company in a regulated industry • Partner directly with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate interview panels, and keep candidates moving without sacrificing quality • Brief senior leadership on key searches, hiring strategy, and organizational design decisions • Proactively source passive candidates and build pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles • Manage the ATS and recruiting tools within NCD's Rippling-based HR environment • Track time-to-fill, pipeline health, and hiring manager satisfaction and report proactively • Lead offer negotiation and closing, coordinating compensation and start-date logistics with hiring managers and HR/Finance • Represent NCD professionally to every candidate

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including time spent building or significantly improving a recruiting process • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously • Comfortable fully owning recruiting • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management, including the ability to push back on a hiring manager's request when it won't get them the candidate they actually want • Hands-on ATS/HRIS experience • Excellent written and verbal communication • Recruiting experience in insurance, health care, financial services, or another regulated industry preferred • Experience recruiting technical and executive level roles preferred • Experience recruiting for a company undergoing high growth and increasing complexity in needs preferred
