📋 Description

• Search for ideal applicants in assigned areas • Source applicants and find creative new candidate sources • Interview applicants • Facilitate initial onboarding for new hires • Maintain applicants in the ATS • Maintain recruiting priorities and prioritize recruiting efforts • Track daily work • Work in multiple spreadsheets using Google and Excel

🎯 Requirements

• Experience recruiting for an existing mortgage inspection company; applicants without this experience should not apply • Prior experience conducting occupancy inspections is helpful but not required • Experience with InspectorADE inspection software • Experience with Facebook and Facebook Messenger • Experience with Aspen Grove iRecord – ABC Background Check • Experience with Microsoft Excel • Former inspector and routing knowledge to explain inspector-role nuances and weekly routing, especially for rural inspectors • Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset to source candidates • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time • Comfortable talking on the phone to new people • Ability to work well in a team setting
