Ncontracts serves banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, fintechs and wealth managers, combining attorney-created knowledge bases, AI tools, and implementation/support services to help institutions manage regulatory obligations and third‑party risk.

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery flow across multiple product verticals, from discovery and definition through development, launch, and early adoption • Run intake and definition readiness using standards, acceptance criteria, sequencing, and prioritization • Improve predictability through lightweight forecasting and planning practices • Manage cross-team and cross-vertical dependencies, risks, blockers, resource trade-offs, and release-window conflicts • Partner with Engineering leadership on sequencing, capacity, risk, coordination, and commitment discipline • Evaluate, adapt, and establish delivery methods and standards for complex situations • Coach Product, Engineering, Design, and go-to-market partners on collaborative and efficient ways of working • Facilitate planning, review, and retrospective cadences focused on outcomes • Own launch readiness and go-to-market coordination through adoption • Redesign coordination and dependency work to return capacity to product managers and engineering leads • Serve as an escalation point, mentor delivery practitioners and functional leads, and advise senior leaders • Make delivery health visible through flow, predictability, throughput, blocked time, launch timing, and adoption metrics • Lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success • Lead or support broader departmental and cross-organizational initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years running delivery for software or product teams in delivery, program management, product operations, launch management, or related roles • Experience owning delivery simultaneously across several teams or product lines with different leaders and shared resources • Experience mentoring or setting direction for other delivery practitioners • Demonstrated record of making teams measurably faster or more predictable, including the specific changes driven • Fluency in Agile, Lean, and flow/Kanban delivery practices • Systems-thinking ability across the whole value stream • Comfort determining methods and procedures without precedent • Ability to lead teams that do not report directly to you and build cross-functional trust • Strong facilitation, coaching, prioritization, and diplomacy skills • Ability to advise and persuade senior stakeholders outside your function • Experience managing dependencies and risk across Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams • Technical literacy sufficient to understand engineering trade-offs and delivery blockers • Proven launch and go-to-market coordination across ideation, release, and adoption • Bias toward removing unnecessary process, ceremonies, and reporting • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment with flexibility and resilience • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience preferred • Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally Fintech, financial services, or regulated-industry software preferred • Proficiency with project/work-management tools such as Jira and delivery-metrics reporting tools such as Plandek preferred • Experience establishing or materially reshaping a delivery-management function preferred • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Willingness to undergo a detailed background check if offered employment
