📋 Description

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively • Service electromechanical equipment such as self-checkout systems within an assigned territory • Perform maintenance, repair, preventive-maintenance work, and system overhauls • Act as a first-line response to customers and communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner • Organize and triage customer issues and handle problems proactively • Travel extensively and drive several hours per day • Work rotating, weekend, holiday, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts • Carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. without assistance and up to 150 lbs. with assistance • Perform physical activities including bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with hands, and repetitive grasping and manipulation

🎯 Requirements

• Local candidate to specific geographic area • Authorized to work in the US • At least 18 years of age • Valid driver’s license and driving record satisfying NCR fleet requirements • PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software (preferred) • A+ Certification, CompTIA, or N+ Certification (preferred) • One or more years of related experience (preferred) • Successful passage of applicable employment screening criteria
