📋 Description

• Make 80-100+ structured outbound calls per day to prospective student-athletes and their families from 8:30 am - 6 pm (your local time) • Educate families on our services in a clear and respectful manner, building trust early in the recruiting process • Participate in sales team meetings and conduct client follow ups • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track interactions and manage outreach effectively • Meet and/or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals that impact your earnings • Schedule appointments with senior sales to further evaluate needs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of professional work or internship experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals • Flexibility to work some nights/weekends • Basic understanding of sports and college recruiting landscape • 1 year of sales experience, particularly in a high call volume sales environment (preferred) • Prior experience in sports, either as a collegiate athlete or coach (preferred) • Experience with CRM, Salesforce preferred (preferred) • Bilingual in Spanish preferred (preferred)
