📋 Description

• Work independently across assigned accounts payable activities • Exercise judgment when handling complex or non-standard invoices and exceptions • Own follow-through on exceptions, reconciliations and open items • Manage vendor relationships, respond to queries, resolve disputes and maintain accurate vendor records • Identify issues requiring escalation and clearly frame them • Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and AP aging review • Share knowledge with AP Accountant I colleagues and support their informal development • Recognize recurring issue patterns and raise them proactively

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience, including 3–5 years focused specifically on Accounts Payable, ideally in an international or multi-entity environment • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of AP activities end-to-end • Experience with full-cycle AP including vendor management, reconciliations and month-end • Solid working knowledge of an ERP system — NetSuite strongly preferred • Comfortable handling multi-currency transactions and working across different legal entities • Strong attention to detail with a track record of owning deadlines and controls • Excellent written and verbal English; English is the primary working language • Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and provide proof of employment eligibility as a condition of hire
