• Prepares and assembles medical record documentation • Ensures medical record compliance by self-documentation attestation • Updates patient history and relevant health information • Sends documentation to physician for review • Monitors lab results and screening procedures • Performs clerical duties to improve provider productivity
🎯 Requirements
• Medical record compliance knowledge • Experience with HIPAA and Joint Commission regulations • Familiarity with lab results and screening procedures • Bilingual in Spanish and English
