📋 Description

• Support trade deduction analysis, reconciliation, workflow administration, and documentation in partnership with Account Management and Sales Finance • Manage customer post-audit claims, including undisputed claim resolution, disputed claim tracking, and timely response management • Research and resolve deduction discrepancies, lead follow-up on complex claims, and participate in customer/vendor meetings as needed • Drive collection of unauthorized deductions and credits while supporting profitable business performance • Support customer metric forecasting, off-invoice trade events, planning tool inputs, and alignment between customer and internal systems • Reconcile customer forecasts with Nestlé internal forecasts and support new item setup, trade management, and financial reconciliations • Coordinate with Nestlé Retail Services on logistics, distribution activities, NRS workbooks, and sell sheets • Maintain customer forms, item data, product attributes, UPCs, dimensions, pricing information, and customer item management records • Support item setup and maintenance in Osprey and customer systems, including new item implementation and customer initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience • Experience in administrative, analytical, sales support, customer support, Field Sales Representative, or Customer Account Analyst roles preferred • Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in SharePoint and collaboration tools • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional partners
