📋 Description

• Partner directly with customers to identify high-impact automation opportunities. • Contribute to the evolution of network operations automation for global enterprises and MSPs. • Lead customers in identifying high-impact automation targets through analysis of ITSM data. • Analyze customer network technologies, existing playbooks, and design documents to create automation solutions. • Train and develop customer engineers to continue automating on the NetBrain platform. • Architect and create automation for critical network operations tasks using Runbooks, Qapps, Dataviews, and integrations. • Engage with vendor partnerships and research public-domain knowledge to create automation content. • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• United States Citizenship • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in software development, network engineering, network automation, or related roles. • Solid understanding of common network tools including Network Monitoring, Incident Management, Log Analysis, etc. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Strong attention to detail and quality, with a commitment to delivering reliable and efficient solutions. • Ability to travel as needed for customer engagements and workshops. • Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer. • Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.
