📋 Description

• Travel to partner physical therapy clinics, up to 80% of working time • Build and maintain strong clinician relationships • Identify adoption challenges and collaborate with clinic teams on tailored solutions • Deliver in-person support, coaching, and training on Limber workflows and platform tools • Analyze usage metrics and develop action plans to improve performance and engagement • Surface clinician feedback to internal teams for product and operational improvements • Track visit outcomes and progress against client KPIs • Support new client go-lives and field implementation initiatives • Lead virtual trainings and client engagement when not working in the field • Help clinicians adopt Limber’s Remote Therapeutic Monitoring solution to improve patient outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist • 2 years of outpatient clinic experience required • 2–5 years of clinical experience preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to build relationships and coach and train others • Passion for innovation and improving patient care • Ability to work independently with high accountability • Strong problem-solving and real-time adaptability • Comfortable with extensive air and ground travel • Active driver’s license in good standing required • Reliable access to a major airport required • Familiarity with musculoskeletal care delivery, remote therapeutic monitoring, EHRs, or digital health platforms is a bonus
