📋 Description

• Hold end-to-end accountability for Deal Desk performance across Quote Building, Legal, Client Action, and Cancellations • Own SLA adherence, quality standards, throughput, operational health metrics, and corrective action • Manage hiring, performance, compensation discussions, career development, promotion criteria, and capacity planning • Maintain KPI frameworks, performance reporting, and operational reviews for leadership • Translate operational data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations • Set Deal Desk strategic direction, team structure, and operational policy • Represent Deal Desk in Center of Excellence forums, executive reviews, and major cross-functional initiatives • Steward the Enterprise Business Systems partnership, including roadmap input, enhancement prioritization, integration strategy, and change management • Direct Deal Desk contributions to acquisitions, business unit changes, system migrations, revenue model evolution, and go-to-market planning • Advance process, system, and data improvement initiatives • Maintain documentation, policy direction, and decision frameworks • Partner with Center of Excellence leadership on strategic decisions and organizational evolution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred • 6+ years of professional experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Order Management, Contract Administration, or directly comparable functions • 1+ years of supervisory experience • Proficiency across multiple Deal Desk functional areas and the full quote-to-cash lifecycle • Strong management judgment and operational vision • Direct people management experience, including performance management, career development, hiring decisions, and team coordination • Excellent communication skills • Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities • Process, system, and data improvement experience • Excellent time management and prioritization capabilities • Healthcare SaaS industry experience strongly preferred • Multi-product/multi-business unit complexity exposure required • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CPQ or equivalent CRM; Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent preferred • Working to advanced proficiency in NetSuite or equivalent ERP • Advanced Excel functionality and Microsoft 365 applications • Working proficiency with Conga CLM/Sign or equivalent contract lifecycle management tools • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Streamlit, Tableau, or Snowflake
