📋 Description

• Establish and grow relationships with technical stakeholders at enterprise accounts • Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the pre-sales and early post-sales lifecycle • Conduct technical discovery sessions and qualify technical fit • Identify automation opportunities and map business requirements to technical capabilities • Design scalable, secure, and compliant solution architectures • Create customer solution proposals and Statements of Work with professional services input • Develop win strategies, technical differentiation, and proof-of-concept plans with account executives • Support RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires • Plan, execute, and manage customer proofs of concept and pilot projects • Design, build, and maintain product demonstration environments • Deliver interactive demonstrations and customer-facing presentations • Capture customer feedback and collaborate with product management and engineering on roadmap and feature enhancements • Train or mentor junior solution engineers and coach sales teams on technical topics • Ensure smooth handoff to professional services and delivery teams • Assist with early implementation discovery and monitor customer outcomes and satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in IP networking or network DevOps • 2+ years building enterprise network automation solutions • Knowledge of selling consulting, managed services, and professional services • 7+ years in enterprise sales, sales engineering, or consulting • Strong relationship, presentation, and selling skills • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills • Passion for customer experience and success • Ability to understand business outcomes and value from network automation solutions • Customer-focused guidance throughout the automation process • Collaborative approach across business units • Flexibility to participate in remote and in-person sales meetings • Must be located in Eastern time zone work hours
