📋 Description

• Manage overall delivery of Agentforce and AI implementation projects leveraging NeuraFlash products and solution accelerators • Act as functional lead, overseeing and shaping the overall solution while managing day-to-day work and customer relationships • Guide customers and project teams in defining use cases and business outcomes • Transition customers from sales to project delivery by reviewing SOWs and partner-funding POs, defining project roles and responsibilities, and facilitating kickoff and client onboarding • Plan, monitor, and manage project financials, scope, and schedule • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and manage operational project aspects • Facilitate or co-lead regular status meetings with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders • Manage NeuraFlash project team members delivering the solution • Read out documented and measured outcomes for live solutions before project closeout • Stay informed about internal Agentic Division initiatives, products, and solutions to foster innovation and project efficiencies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS platforms across all phases of project delivery • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels • Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment • Experience leading delivery as a project manager or scrum leader • Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting • Certified Salesforce Admin certification plus Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification • Demonstrated track record of writing SOWs and Change Requests and managing scope • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Management is preferred
