📋 Description

• Provide customer service to patients and physician offices • Coordinate scheduling and completion of diagnostic sleep testing • Handle heavy inbound and outbound phone calls • Schedule a minimum of 20 patients per day • Obtain patient history and appropriate clinical data before appointments • Educate patients about ordered sleep testing, registration, study process, and additional services • Verify insurance online before scheduling to ensure compliant billing • Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure staff availability and patient access to services • Interact with physicians, insurance providers, and others to resolve issues and concerns • Report weekly and monthly information for assigned sites • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Candidate must reside in Georgia, Illinois, Tennessee, Arizona, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Florida, or Texas • 1+ year customer service experience • High school diploma or GED • Experience in a medical setting preferred • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred • Strong multitasking skills between task lists and inbound calls • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly • High level of organization and accuracy • Exceptional telephone communication skills and manner • Ability to work 1 weekend day and 1 evening shift per month • Remote environment must provide privacy, secure password-protected internet access, and no other concurrent responsibilities during scheduled work hours
