Neuron is a building services engineering consultancy that uses proprietary technology to accelerate and improve MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and related) design and coordination for developers and architects across Australia and the UK. They provide early feasibility input, utility connection assessments, MEP engineering reports and design drawings, and aim to de-risk projects, maximise development value, and streamline coordination by delivering fast, data-driven advice (often within days). Their clients are primarily property developers and design teams working on residential, mixed-use, hotel and commercial projects.

📋 Description

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to understand prospects' Contact Center and Field Service workflows, data availability, and pain points • Configure and deliver tailored product demonstrations showing specific customer use cases and business impact • Define success criteria and manage the scope of pre-sales proofs of concept • Work with customer Subject Matter Experts to validate AI predictions and collect iterative feedback • Partner with the sales team to build ROI models around First Time Fix Rate, Truck Rolls, and Average Handling Time • Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and InfoSec questionnaires • Ensure customers are comfortable with the company's architecture and security • Act as the feedback loop between the market and the Neuron7 Product team • Advocate for product capabilities that will help close future business

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • 5+ years of experience in Solution Consulting / Sales Engineering for SaaS product companies • Enterprise selling experience and ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles • Deep functional knowledge of Contact Center and Field Service use cases • Understanding of triage, dispatch, parts management, and the "break-fix" lifecycle • Experience with customers in Manufacturing, Medical Devices, or High Tech is highly preferred • Functional knowledge of ServiceNow, Salesforce (Service Cloud/FSM), Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CX ecosystems • Ability to read and understand data structures • Comfort discussing APIs, data ingestion, and cloud security with IT stakeholders • Exceptional presentation skills • Ability to command a room of executives and whiteboard workflows with service managers
