📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to understand business and technical requirements • Design and propose scalable IT infrastructure and cloud solutions • Develop scopes of work, project estimates, and technical documentation • Implement and configure network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems • Provide technical support during and after implementation • Support pre-sales efforts, including proposals and client presentations • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across client environments • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends • Manage projects from design through execution • Contribute to accurate scoping, documentation, and continuous improvement of delivery processes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in network design, implementation, or related field • Strong working knowledge of network infrastructure and cloud platforms • Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience • Minimum of two relevant industry certifications • Experience in a client-facing technical consulting or pre-sales role preferred • Strong documentation, scoping, and project estimation experience preferred • Exposure to managed services environments and diverse IT infrastructures preferred • Experience conducting systems assessments and technical reporting preferred • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to travel approximately 10% within the New England region
